As our Senior Demand Generation Specialist, you will join our fast-paced team responsible for marketing NAVEX software solutions to existing customers and new audiences and contribute directly to sales pipeline. In addition to campaign execution, you will also take an audit approach to assess the current state of our lead database, coordinate initiatives for data enrichment, contact and account health, and consistent growth via new marketing channels.

You are skilled in all demand generation disciplines, including integrated campaign planning and execution, multi-channel strategy, full-funnel messaging, email design, calls to action, lead nurturing, A/B testing, campaign ROI and performance analysis, attribution, and response optimization.

What you’ll do:

  • Define, plan and deliver innovative, multi-channel and results-driven campaigns that use optimal, modern marketing concepts and tools – including webinars, syndication, nurture, social media, paid media, in-person events, and more

  • Own KPIs that are meaningful, measurable and meet quarterly demand generation goals for database growth, channel ROI, and marketing attribution for cross-sell and pipeline contribution

  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to help support the portfolio of marketing programs

  • Measure, track and report at a campaign and tactical level, providing analysis, insights and recommendations for future campaigns programs and adjustments to existing campaigns as appropriate

  • Stay on top of GRC industry trends and best practices and frameworks, as well as marketing trends and best practices, to support customer growth

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years’ experience coordinating and executing global demand generation campaigns, including copywriting, channel strategy, advertising, email marketing, webinar production, and more

  • Hands-on experience running end-to-end marketing campaigns

  • Exposure to Salesforce.com and understanding of other marketing technologies, including Marketing Automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot)

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an interest in translating data into actionable change

  • Excellent track record for constantly optimizing various programs and testing new ways of execution

  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced environment

  • A collaborative and team-player mentality, while also being able to work autonomously

  • Extraordinary ability to project manage individual tasks and priorities while being held accountable to a global team’s processes and workflows

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to see the big picture view of our marketing strategy

  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of decision-making, marketing strategy and project management

  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

  • Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.

  • The starting pay range for this role is $60,000+ per annum.
