Job Description

Sr. Deal Desk Analyst. This position is responsible for supporting IRM deal desk structure by facilitating deal reviews, analyzing sales
pipeline performance, pricing and operational approval process for Global Digital Solutions opportunities across all regions. This
highly collaborative role requires working closely with different stakeholders such as Operations, Commercial, Pre-sales, Finance and
Legal to ensure deal velocity and accuracy through the processes. The position is part of a team that also provide support for large &
complex opportunities and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with operations, sales, finance, legal and other stakeholders to facilitate the deal review process to ensure timely and accurate approvals based on agreed upon business guidelines; provide ongoing support for supplied tools such as the PA model, SOW and Contracts.
  • Analyze business specific PA Model information based upon financial changes, new products and other factors. Contribute to maintaining complex model to facilitate consistent financial visibility across deals and product lines for Commercial and Government segments

  • Review non-standard contract terms, including SLAs, and other customer-specific requests
  • Provide experience to the team and bring scalable and standardized processes to Iron Mountain regions to streamline the deal approval Process
  • Acts as a single source of truth for all such contracts, pricing, quotes, proposals, discounts, and approvals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and balance multiple competing priorities across all levels of the organization
  • Cross-trained with other deal desk teammates to cover other regions when needed
  • This role will be a key member of the deal desk team and will be instrumental in driving sales growth by facilitating the deal review process, analyzing pipeline performance and identifying process improvement opportunities to improve deal velocity and quality.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in deal desk, pricing strategy or sales operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis including time value of money, depreciation, fixed cost allocation and return on investment.
  • Ability to understand legal contracts, SOW and Master Agreements process
  • Strong desire to enable commercial partners to win business through executing an efficient and transparent approval
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bilingual Mandarin and English is a must, Chinese is a plus
  • Intermediate skills with Salesforce.com, Smart sheets, Google Workspace sheets, docs, slides, Google Data Studio a plus
