What You Will Do
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement scientific experiment frameworks that drive business growth.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover actionable insights that inform product and growth strategies.
Build dashboards and reports to track key metrics, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for decision-making.
Translate complex data findings into clear, concise narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Take ownership of key analytical initiatives, with the potential to lead a small team of data analysts in the future.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within tech, internet, or SaaS environments.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
Ability to think critically and communicate insights effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on growth, experimentation, or user behavior analytics projects.
Familiarity with A/B testing design, metrics evaluation, and causal inference methods.
Understanding of AI-driven products or interest in the AI/ML industry.
Hands-on experience with big data technologies (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, or Spark).
A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for using data to drive real business outcomes.
