We're looking for an experienced Consultant with technical expertise to provide guidance in our customers' zero trust journey and build our practice.
Reporting to the Data Protection Competency Tower, you will:
- Be a customer's 'Go-To' resource for all matters related to their SSE deployments
- Deliver best practices guidance for managing SSE deployments
- Have outstanding customer communication and problem-solving skills
- Have experience in working with customers, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
What We're Looking for (Preferred Qualifications)
- 8+ years' experience for this role in similar positions (Professional service consultant, Network/Security specialist, Technical Account Manager)
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 5+ years' experience for this role in similar positions (Professional service consultant, Network/Security specialist, Technical Account Manager, Support/Escalation Engineer or a SOC Engineer).
- This role is primarily an individual contributor position without managerial responsibilities. However, as an IC, you are expected to play a crucial role as a team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Hands on Experience in Network and Security solutions and customer facing/field roles
- Hands on Experience with the following solutions (Gartner Magic Quadrant SSE Leaders): Netskope, Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler
