As our Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be the architect of consistency to a highly collaborative team of seasoned Compensation Partners. This role brings cohesion to our work by standardising how we analyse and deliver compensation insights, streamlining processes to drive operational effectiveness across the globe so we can focus on what matters most: our people.
Let’s talk about ResponsibilitiesDrive the development, implementation and administration of a market benchmarking tool to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
Unify and standardize compensation analytics across business verticals by building scalable tools and templates that reduce duplication and improve efficiency.
Contribute to job architecture and leveling, ensuring roles are classified consistently and equitably.
Maintain and improve compensation data integrity in systems like Workday, ensuring accuracy across pay ranges, grade profiles and foundational data structure.
Support Compensation Partners and Operations, delivering analytical insights for reviews and cycles while flexing into operations as needed.
Collaborate across teams and regions to support compensation initiatives and contribute to broader Total Rewards efforts.
You bring 5–8 years of experience in compensation and data-focused work, with advanced Excel skills and a solid foundation in compensation principles.
You’re a data translator, able to turn complex spreadsheets into clear, actionable insights that drive decisions.
You’re curious and resilient, with a passion for learning and a commitment to doing what’s right.
You thrive in a global, collaborative environment, flexing your schedule to support cross-regional needs while building strong, trusted relationships across teams.
You’re detail-oriented, organized and proactive, able to work independently and spot opportunities for improvement.
