Job Responsibilities :Razer Game Services is seeking a passionate and collaborative Community Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key player in building and nurturing thriving online communities for our games. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to engage with players directly, foster a positive and inclusive environment, and drive player loyalty through a variety of community-building initiatives, including livestreaming and in-game events.Requirements
- 5 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related field.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player psychology and online communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and informative content
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Location available either in Singapore or Ho Chi Minh
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community strategies to drive player engagement, loyalty, and retention.
- Manage community interactions across key platforms including social media, forums, Discord, Twitch, and other community channels, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
- Actively engage with players through livestreams, community discussions, and in-game activities to foster a positive and inclusive environment.
- Plan and execute community events, contests, and campaigns to increase player participation and excitement
- Respond to player inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor community health metrics such as engagement, sentiment, and player feedback to identify trends and opportunities
- Provide actionable insights to improve player experience and inform marketing or product initiatives
- Work closely with product, marketing, and publishing teams to ensure community insights support product development and marketing strategies
- Represent the player perspective and communicate community feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Manage community issues and sensitive situations with clear and empathetic communication.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in community management and player engagement.
