Level Infinite also provides a wide range of services and resources to our network of developers and partner studios around the world to help them unlock the true potential of their games.What the Role EntailsTencent Games Global/Level Infinite seeks a seasoned Communications Manager to join the Global Communications Team and with the remit of driving our public relations efforts across Southeast Asia, focusing on Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Reporting to the Senior Lead, Communications, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with an in-depth understanding of the tech and video game industry.
Crucially, we are looking for a mobile-first expert who possesses a proven track record in launching and sustaining both high-performance hardcore titles (RPGs, MOBAs, Shooters) and mass-market casual games. You will be embedded in core publishing teams and must be prepared for extended travel for pre-launch workshops, strategy planning, and key studio sessions.
  • Strategic Campaigns: Develop and execute tailored PR campaigns for our diverse portfolio, including PC and console games, hardcore mobile titles and casual games.
  • Media & Influencer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with local media outlets, tech influencers, and gaming KOLs across the region.
  • Event Management: Lead PR activities, press conferences, and media events, including local mobile gaming tournaments or community fan meets.
  • Content Creation: Prepare high-quality press releases, speeches, and presentations.
  • Analytics: Monitor and report on PR results, using data to refine strategies for different game genres.
  • Crisis Management: Effectively manage PR crises and protect brand reputation.
Who We Look For
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in PR or Communications.
  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the video game industry, specifically with mobile game publishing. You must have successfully managed PR for at least one major game title.
  • Language: Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Indonesian or Thai.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian media landscape and the consumption habits of its users.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, PR, or a related field.
