Job Description:
As a Client Servicing Manager at Dentsu, you will act as the strategic link between clients and our internal teams, ensuring that campaigns are delivered with excellence, on time, and within budget. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, understanding their business needs, and translating them into actionable marketing strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
Understand client objectives and lead the development of integrated marketing solutions.
Work closely with internal teams (creative, media, strategy, and digital) to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, and deliverables.
Monitor campaign performance and present reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and grow client accounts.
Lead client meetings, status calls, and presentations with confidence and strategic insight.
Ensure internal alignment on client expectations and key deliverables.
Stay updated with industry trends and client competitors to provide relevant strategic counsel.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in an advertising agency or integrated marketing environment.
Strong knowledge of digital, social, and traditional advertising platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
