About this Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the Finance function with daily ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and audit-related requirements. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with technical BI skills to deliver timely insights, ensure compliance, and support decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Be Doing

Ad Hoc Finance Requests

  • Develop, generate, and automate financial reports to support daily operational and management requirements.
  • Provide data-driven insights for Finance, Audit, and Compliance stakeholders.
  • Respond quickly and accurately to urgent financial data inquiries.

Finance Audit Support

  • Prepare and maintain audit-ready financial data and reports.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to provide evidence and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Ensure BI processes align with audit and compliance standards.

Data Management & BI Development

  • Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards and data models in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
  • Partner with Finance teams to identify reporting gaps and implement automated solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple financial systems.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Finance, Audit, and Risk teams to understand evolving requirements.
  • Translate business needs into BI solutions that are clear, actionable, and scalable.
  • Present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner for non-technical stakeholders.

What We Look For In You
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economy, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Finance BI, Financial Analysis, or Audit-related BI roles.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with BI/Visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker).
  • Familiarity with finance systems (ERP, accounting software) and data warehouse concepts.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication skills — able to explain financial and technical information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Business proficiency in Mandarin is required to converse with mandarin-speaking stakeholders based in other markets.
  • High integrity and professionalism, particularly in handling sensitive financial and audit data.

Nice-To-Haves
  • Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., banking, fintech, crypto) is a plus.
