Protegrity’s Inside Sales group (Business Development) is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Global Sales Leader to manage transformational growth. You will be responsible for driving interest in the Protegrity Platform targeting decision makers at Enterprises across a variety of industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail and other industry verticals. You will develop and execute on sales strategy and go-to-market plans, enabling your sales team to drive long-term success with their clients.

You are a dynamic, proactive, and passionate about Sales and thrive playing at the intersection of the biggest market trends: Cloud, Security, and Data Privacy. The Business Development Manager works in a multi-cultural team whose ultimate goal is to drive pipeline. You are the first point of contact between PROTEGRITY and a prospective customer via inbound and outbound campaigns and are responsible for revenue generation within a diverse set of Enterprise accounts.

 

Main Responsibilities 

· Lead Protegrity's prospecting in the APAC market by generating new business opportunities with prospective clients

· Research target clients, qualify customer’s needs, and handle objections by positioning Protegrity solutions

· Work with various lead sources: inbound, outbound prospecting, inquiries, promotional campaigns, events follow up etc,

· Close potential client for initial meetings with Enterprise Sales team and convert potential prospects into sales leads

· Manage a pipeline of business opportunities and develop, measure, and improve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

 

Required skills/background

· Sales mindset and ability to determine prospects Situational Pain, Impact, Critical Event, and Decision criteria

· Impeccable attention to detail; develop multi-channel prospecting sequences (phone, email, targeted marketing, campaigns, etc)

· Maniacally focused on Prospecting new clients

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to own strategic initiatives to completion; hungry and resourceful

· Provide monthly metrics

· Strong preference for candidates with experience working in Cyber Security, Cloud, Data Privacy, Big Data, or AI/Analytics market segments
