As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a client-facing consulting role driving business transformation on SaaS and digital platforms. You will:
- Lead discovery workshops to identify pain points, map user journeys, and define transformation opportunities.
- Shape requirements into clear Agile user stories and product backlogs, working closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Developers.
- Leverage Generative AI and automation to reimagine processes, accelerate delivery, and create smarter digital workflows.
- Drive projects through the full lifecycle: Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Implementation, and Adoption.
- Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value.
- Contribute to business process re-engineering and operating model redesign as part of SaaS- and AI-enabled transformations.
- 4–8+ years of Business Analyst / Consulting experience in SaaS or enterprise application transformations (Salesforce, Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, OutSystems, Power Platform, etc.).
- Proven experience in Agile delivery (Scrum, SAFe, hybrid Agile) – ability to write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support backlog prioritization.
- Strong consulting toolkit: stakeholder management, problem structuring, business case development, and business process re-engineering.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills – able to engage both senior leaders and frontline staff.
- Passion for transformation: excited about AI, automation, low-code platforms, and customer/employee experience redesign.
