The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze business needs, and ensure alignment of project deliverables in the credit origination platform.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a functional Business Analyst within the project team for the credit origination platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from business, technology, and other departments to clarify, define, and document both functional and non-functional requirements, while streamlining business processes.
- Analyze business needs and propose effective solutions to address them.
- Review functional specifications to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Review UAT test cases and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Adhere to the bank’s processes and procedures to deliver high-quality artifacts and meet project milestones within the expected timeline.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the financial and banking industry.
- Strong understanding of wholesale banking domain and products such as loans and trade; familiarity with business workflows is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in corporate credit origination or related areas.
- Knowledge of SDLC and basic technical skills, including web applications, API, databases, SQL, data visualization, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently or with minimal guidance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
