Lead workshops to gather business requirements, analyze processes for AI integration, mentor junior analysts, and support decision-making through data analysis and visualizations. Collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions and enhance banking operations.
- Lead and facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings to gather business requirements and define solution approaches.
- Analyze current business processes to identify AI integration opportunities.
- Collaborate with business sponsors, product managers, data scientist, technology partners to realize business needs into actual solution.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and validate AI model readiness.
- Familiar with Associative data modeling, predictive & text analytics, classification, data exploration, summarization.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to develop use case benefits explanation, business requirement documents (BRDs), process maps, data dictionaries, client journey, user stories..etc
- Mentor and manage junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collect, cleanse, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Derive actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and AI model development.
- Collaborate with data scientists and IT teams to ensure data readiness and integration.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Prepare and present status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to stakeholders.
- Provide thought leadership and innovative strategy for wholesale banking ( across Payments, Trade, Credit Management and Operational Productivity )
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to work with data science teams.
