We are seeking a Country Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support the execution of global and regional marketing strategies for the Nutrition Plant Engineering (NPE) division across APAC. This role is part of a newly established two-person APAC NPE marketing team and reports directly to the Senior B2B Marketing & Internal Communications Manager based in Singapore. The position is based in Southeast Asia.
The position plays a key role in adapting global and regional campaigns to APAC markets, coordinating country-level activities, and supporting commercial initiatives in close cooperation with the NPE Central Marketing team, local sales teams, and internal communications.
The ideal candidate brings previous experience in B2B environments, a passion for flawless execution, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different APAC markets.

Responsibilities / Tasks
Marketing Execution & Localisation
- Adapt and execute global and regional NPE marketing campaigns for APAC markets, ensuring local relevance.
- Support local product launch and go-to-market activities in coordination with APAC sales teams and NPE Central Marketing.
- Ensure proper application of corporate brand guidelines across all local and regional materials.
Events, Trade Fairs & Customer Engagement
- Plan, coordinate, and execute trade fairs, exhibitions, customer events, and webinars across APAC, aligned with global and regional event strategies.
- Support lead generation and customer engagement activities at the country level, in collaboration with local sales teams and global marketing programmes.
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Create and adapt content (copy, presentations, marketing collateral) for APAC markets based on global and regional guidelines.
- Manage updates and maintenance of relevant APAC country pages on the corporate website.
- Collect and develop customer success stories and local testimonials from the APAC region.
Internal Communication Support
- Adapt and distribute global and regional internal communications relevant to APAC NPE markets.
- Collaborate with the internal communications team and HR on local engagement and communication initiatives.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work as part of the APAC NPE marketing team under the direction of the Senior Marketing & Internal Communications Manager.
- Coordinate closely with NPE Central Marketing, Global Communications & Branding, and local APAC sales and service teams to ensure joined-up execution and avoid siloed activities.
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies and service providers as needed for local execution.
Planning & Coordination
- Contribute to the annual APAC marketing planning process, including activity planning and budget tracking, aligned with global and regional priorities.
- Monitor and report on the execution and performance of APAC marketing activities, providing feedback to the Senior Manager and to global teams.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications roles, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
- Fluent in English; additional APAC language skills are an advantage.
- Experience in campaign execution, event coordination, and content creation/adaptation.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing and website/content management.
- Strong communication, planning, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work across multiple teams in a matrix environment and manage external vendors.
- Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or Figma) is a plus.
