Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic professional to play a pivotal role in shaping and developing new private fund offerings. This role involves building client relationships and collaborating with the Group’s capital raisers, fund management teams, and other stakeholders to drive the structuring, launch, and management of private fund vehicles/products globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Support senior professionals in structuring and launching new private fund vehicles/products across Private Equity Real Estate, Alternative Assets, and Lodging, including Data Centers, Service Residences, Co-Living, Credit, and Infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the Fund Management team and Capital Raisers to drive processes for new and existing fund vehicles, including preparing and reviewing marketing materials and legal documentation.
  • Develop expertise in private wealth and institutional investors' competitive landscape, financial markets, and real estate investments.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) processes.
  • Contribute to the Group’s investment management strategy through in-depth research and market intelligence, staying abreast of competitive and regulatory landscapes and best practices.
  • Maintain and enhance investment management track record information, benchmarking data, and complete RFPs and industry surveys.
  • Manage and optimize the Investor CRM to improve investor relations and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with real estate fund managers, financial institutions, real estate developers or operators, or financial advisory firms, particularly in corporate finance, fundraising, or investments.
  • Highly driven, proactive, collaborative, and meticulous with extensive knowledge of private equity real estate fund management, investments, and capital raising processes. Experience in fund structuring and project management is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with proven experience in financial modeling, development of pitch books, and review of fund documentation.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners across functions, cultures, and geographies.
  • Experienced in handling legal documentation and skilled in data analysis, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Fluent in spoken business Mandarin for investor engagements.
