Job Description

  • Maintain Financial performance SSOT (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) and other ancillary schedules in large spreadsheets

  • Conduct in-depth vertical and horizontal analysis of Financial statements 

  • Prepare detailed periodic performance narratives with comparisons to past periods

  • Support in connecting the dots in financial performance with operational performance in writing narratives

  • Maintain business performance reporting, dashboards and ratio analytics

  • Support in identifying trends and patterns in the data, translating them into actionable insights

  • Help in preparing investor reports and presentations

  • Simplify complex business data and ratios into understandable and actionable insights

  • Monitor industry and market trends to provide relevant insights

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment and accuracy

  • Support into Statutory audit and performance narratives

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Finance or Professionally qualified CPA, Chartered Accountant

  • 5-7 years of experience in Financial Analysis and story-telling within a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Having experience in the Investor Relations function will be an added advantage

  • Proficient in managing large Google Sheets and Advanced Excel formulas

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and narrate significant amounts of information

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Agile and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities

  • Self-Motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
