It is a 6-month contract role.
In this role, the incumbent will enhance both internal and external stakeholder engagement by developing integrated communication strategies, creating high-quality content, managing the Brand and Asset libraries, optimising internal communication channels (e.g., SharePoint and the corporate website), and coordinating the distribution of multilingual content.
The role also includes preparing and submitting award nominations, while ensuring a consistent brand presence across all communication platforms. These efforts will strengthen the organisation's reputation, visibility, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curate, oversee, and continuously enhance a comprehensive Brand and Asset library to support project and regional operations across 9 jurisdictions.
2. Design, manage, and optimise internal and external communication channels (e.g., SharePoint, Intranet, Website, e-newsletters, leadership and corporate videos) to support seamless, organisation-wide communication flows.
3. Coordinate multilingual translation and localisation efforts, ensuring accurate, timely, and culturally appropriate message delivery.
4. Develop visually compelling communication materials, presentations, and reports aligned with corporate brand guidelines.
5. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure robust engagement.
6. Lead and oversee content planning and execution for internal and external events globally, including global townhalls, conferences, stakeholder engagements, and staff activities.
7. Lead the end-to-end development of award submissions for regional and country-level recognition, including narrative development, data gathering, design, and stakeholder coordination.
8. Support regional campaigns and corporate initiatives by aligning content, messaging, and creative assets across markets to ensure cohesive regional communication that strengthens corporate reputation and brand equity.
Pre-requisites:
Degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate or marketing communications with project coordination experience.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information concisely.
Creative and digitally savvy mindset for designing engaging communication materials.
Proven collaboration with diverse stakeholders, strong organizational and adaptability skills.
Proficiency in communication tools, design software, video editing, and content management systems.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques is a must.
