Provide 24x7 monitoring and operational support for security systems, investigate and triage alerts, and execute first-level incident response with escalation as needed. Monitor system health, perform routine tasks (policy updates, agent checks, signature updates), support patching and maintenance, document incidents in ticketing systems, and ensure compliance with operational procedures and audit requirements. Work shift-based and report status to stakeholders.

Group Technology enables and empowers the bank with a stable, secure, and resilient infrastructure. We ensure smooth day-to-day operations of technology services and support business continuity through effective monitoring, incident response, and service management.
Responsibilities
- Perform 24x7 monitoring and operational support for security systems (e.g., Anti-Virus, EDR, DLP, Spam Filtering, etc)
- Investigate, triage, and respond to alerts and incidents following standard operating procedures
- Execute first-level incident response, including escalation to L2/L3 teams where required
- Monitor system health, dashboards, and logs to ensure service availability and performance
- Perform routine operational tasks such as policy updates, agent health checks and signature updates
- Document incidents, actions taken, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Escalate issues promptly based on severity and SLA requirements
- Support patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities during scheduled windows
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, security standards, and audit requirements
- Provide timely status updates and reporting to stakeholders and internal teams
Requirements
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts (endpoint security, malware, threats, etc.)
- Exposure (academic or work) to security systems such as Anti-Virus, EDR, DLP or Spam Filtering is a plus
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Unix operating systems
- Ability to follow standard procedures and runbooks accurately
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills for incident reporting and escalation
- Ability to work in a shift-based / 24x7 operational environment
- Team player with attention to detail and discipline in execution
