Perform high-volume, detail-sensitive banking operations with strict TATs; escalate issues, drive process improvements, support stakeholders, assist in new process implementation and testing, manage projects, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting team management.

- Consistently meet or exceed demanding turnaround times (TATs), regardless of workload spikes
- Escalate issues proactively
- Actively identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements independently
- Maintain output quality even during peak periods and operational stress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer and stakeholders inquiries and issues
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and testing to enhance the customer experience
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase productivity
- Execute high-volume, detail-sensitive operational tasks with 100% accuracy, often under tight turnaround times
- Demonstrate constant coordination, persistence, and the ability to work under sustained pressure without supervision
- Ensure direct downstream impact is minimized through accurate task completion
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Able to work independently and provide support to the manager in managing the team
- Require to handle projects and provide update to stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and colleagues
- Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology tools to perform job duties
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
