JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overview:

It’s a business and it’s a brand. Simply put its about driving business growth and building an enduring brand cherished by all Malaysians. So, the role naturally requires someone who has a neck in solving business problems harnessing the know-how of communication with a believer in building brand affinity in the long run. Someone who enjoys piecing together product marketing campaign and leading the charge, but no man is an island. While the role requires spearheading product marketing campaign brief design, it also requires a collaborative work ethic among internal and stakeholders from business unit, performance media, sales & agencies.

  • Lead in alignment among stakeholders and partners for Brand marketing (ie: Astro Group – Content, Product, Sales, Tech, Customer Service) brief.
  • Lead in GTM strategy for Brand marketing from ATL, On Ground, Online to BTL in delivering impact and positive brand presence for Astro Group
  • Work in collaboration with Media and Budget to strategies GTM that’s aligned with the market opportunity.
  • Provide leadership in direction of Brand marketing GTM, plan initiatives that drives quantifiable impact and results.
  • Seek opportunities to create unique & exclusive collaboration among content team, sales team and external partners.
  • Oversea campaign roll-out, gather learning and implement continuous improvements to drive efficiency and results.
  • Acts as project manager and point of contact for all brand marketing. This includes the preparation of project and business plans and timelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working experience in marketing communication/trade marketing is required
  • Good communication skills in English and BM
  • Good analysis of campaign performance marketing for digital and social
  • A strong interest/ knowledge in Radio, Music, Entertainment and Lifestyle related content and a flair for developing content in this area.
