The role is responsible for design excellence, regulatory compliance, coordination with authorities and consultants, and effective management of BIM-based projects. The Senior Architect supports the Team Lead in guiding project teams to deliver high-quality, compliant and buildable architectural solutions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:• Conceptualise architectural concepts and develop schematic designs aligned with project objectives. • Carry out feasibility studies and prepare design proposals for client presentations and approvals. • Prepare tender documentation including drawings, schedules and material specifications. • Develop detailed architectural designs and construction details to support project execution. • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations and authority requirements. • Manage project and contract administration matters for assigned projects. • Liaise and coordinate with authorities, clients and the consultant team throughout project stages. • Oversee site progress, conduct inspections and resolve design or construction-related issues. • Ensure design quality and consistency from concept to completion. • Assist the Team Lead in overseeing, guiding and working with project teams to deliver outputs in accordance with project requirements, timelines and standards. JOB REQUIREMENTS:• Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture. • Registered Architect with the Board of Architects (BOA), Singapore. • Minimum 10–15 years of relevant architectural experience, including delivery of BIM-based projects. • Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, working drawings and construction practices. • Proficient in architectural design and graphics software including Revit, Rhino, Illustrator and Photoshop. • Strong design flair with the ability to sketch quickly and develop strong design concepts. • Well-versed in local codes, regulations and authority submission requirements. • Strong communication, coordination and leadership skills.Similar Jobs
