Job Description

Be the subject matter expert for our Identity solutions and SaaS applications

Spearhead innovation and propose creative solutions to elevate our present state. This includes optimising platform data management, refining internal workflows, enhancing user experience, and driving automation initiatives

Monitor platforms’ performance, uptime, and functionality; Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues, ensuring timely resolution

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their challenges and requirements to provide strategic solutions

Engagement in concurrent projects with competing deadlines. This involves assessing technical feasibility, highlighting risks, and ensuring the timely delivery of project objectives

Develop comprehensive documentation covering technical implementations, knowledge articles, user guides, training materials, and more

Own the relationship with vendors, driving for product enhancements to meet Grab’s business objectives

Shape the strategic direction of IPS’s future technological roadmap by building a deep understanding of our internal platforms, processes and latest market trends
Qualifications

Working experience in managing Identity Platforms and SaaS applications

Strong proficiency in API, including an understanding of technical documentation for scripting and execution

Proficient in developing detailed documentation and proposals from scratch

Experienced in vendor relationship management

Strong communication abilities, capable of translating complex technical discussions into easily understandable language for non-technical audiences

An innovative and creative mindset that constantly challenges the status quo

A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently
