Job Title: Senior Analyst, FP&A
Primary Purpose: The role will support all aspects of the Retail Finance process for the SEA ANZ countries focused on regional consolidation, Sales, Discount and Margin planning & reporting activities, management presentations and analysis projects.

  • Lead regional consolidation for monthly close and quarterly outlook, ensuring clear insights for Senior Management.
  • Develop and deliver timely financial reports, providing actionable analysis to key stakeholders.
  • Conduct variance analysis and create waterfall bridges to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
  • Prepare presentation materials for strategic discussions, driving data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop sales, discount and margin forecasts, long-range plans, and annual operating plans, identifying risks and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Leverage technical expertise in Hyperion planning, SAP, MicroStrategy tools to design and implement efficient internal processes and databases, enabling seamless data extraction & report generation.


The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
  • 5+ years finance experience working with commercial functions and headquarters groups ideally in an FP&A team
  • Strong technical skills in Advance excel and BI tools, with expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting
  • Willingness/flexibility to work across multiple geographies/time zones
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Sensitivity to Confidential data required
