Based out of Singapore, we have an exciting opportunity as Senior Analyst - Business Analytics, as part of the Asia Pacific regional Business Excellence team, to transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling businesses to make informed decisions, develop winning strategies, unlock optimization potential and catalyze growth expansion.
About the role
Dashboard Reporting• Partnering with the team to build and develop platforms, analyses and insights to support front-line business engagements and division level initiatives.• Building and maintaining intuitive and user-friendly dashboards with multi-segmentation drill down capabilities that effectively communicate data insights.• Conducting timely performance tracking on key performance indicators (KPIs), program results, industry developments and trends.• Supporting Segment Revenue reporting as required.
Data Intelligence and Business Development• Leveraging data analysis outcomes to derive insights and to generate data-driven recommendations that accelerate business and revenue growth.• Translating complex data into actionable insights, driving market share and revenue growth by understanding market trends, researching and identifying key challenges and potentials and bringing those opportunities to front-line sales team.• Supporting on development of detailed business cases / financial analysis and modeling for commercial projects and deals, as and when arise
Process Efficiencies and Enhancements• Prioritizing data accuracy and identifying opportunities for process optimization.• Identifying and researching new analytical tools / methods that drive efficiencies and ensure consistent and reliable results in support of organizational planning and decision-making.
Teamwork• Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve common goals and ensure seamless coverage of responsibilities when needed.• Supporting VP Business Analytics on special tasks and projects as required.
About You
• Solid and relevant experiences on data analytics with deep technical expertise with hands-on capability in excel, presentation (e.g. MS Powerpoint) dashboard (e.g. Power BI / Tableau), and analytics applications (e.g. Fabrics / Hadoop). Fluency in programming (e.g. Python) and query (e.g. SQL) languages.• Excellence problem solver, good knowledge of the payments industry and ability to create and drive business opportunities.• Deep passion for deriving actionable insights through data intelligence.• Demonstration of self-direction and initiative in completing assigned tasks and projects.• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders of all levels.• Solid commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
