Overview
As a Senior Analyst, Account Management, you will play a key role in managing and growing strategic client relationships. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to deepen engagement, increase share, and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally across Mastercard, including Marketing, Market Development, Product, Digital, Services, and Operations, to drive the successful execution of client initiatives. Whether it's launching a new product, executing a joint marketing campaign, or delivering a tailored service, your work will directly contribute to best-in-class client satisfaction.
Role
As a core member of the account management team, you will:
- Prepare account plans, support the development and execution of account strategies
- Track P&L and deal performance
- Structure customized pitches and proposals to meet client needs
- Own and manage the execution activities relating to the activation of a new product, a joint marketing activity or service with the client.
- Own and execute the activities within the execution plan to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
