Job Responsibilities :We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven, and highly strategic Senior Affiliate Manager to lead the development, optimization, and scaling of Razer's global partner-driven growth initiatives. In this role, you will hold the keys to maximizing revenue and expanding our digital footprint by transforming traditional affiliate marketing into a powerhouse ecosystem.You will focus heavily on scaling our top-tier affiliate programs, unlocking the massive commercial potential of our creator networks, and breaking down internal silos to weave performance partnerships into every corner of Razer’s product launches and seasonal campaigns.
1. Program Strategy, Optimization & Growth
- Scale the Ecosystem: Formulate and execute end-to-end global strategies to scale Razer’s performance-driven affiliate networks, striking the perfect balance between high volume and sustainable profitability.
- Optimize ROI: Continuously audit, test, and optimize commission structures, payouts, and partner funnels to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and lifetime value (LTV).
- Platform & Tool Management: Own the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of our affiliate enterprise networks (e.g., Impact Radius), ensuring accurate attribution, tracking, and deep-dive reporting.
- Data-Driven Adjustments: Monitor critical performance health metrics (clicks, conversions, CR, AOV, and revenue contribution) to present actionable insights and quarterly performance reviews to senior leadership.
2. Creator Program Monetization & Reach
- Empower the Community: Bridge the gap between performance marketing and influencer networks. Leverage Razer's active creator programs to pivot community reach into concrete, performance-tied revenue streams.
- Nurture Relationships: Directly manage high-impact relationships with macro-creators, gaming networks, streamers, and talent agencies to secure premier placement for Razer gear.
- Innovative Campaigning: Co-create exclusive, performance-led incentive models, custom landing experiences, and promotional bundles tailored uniquely to the audiences of our key gaming creators.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & New Opportunities
- Integrate Product Launches: Work lockstep with Product Marketing, Global Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to ensure affiliate and creator channels are perfectly aligned with upcoming hardware drops, seasonal promotions, and major esports moments.
- Unlock New Verticals: Collaborate across internal business units to identify untapped partner networks, referral systems, and co-marketing models.
- Asset Management: Coordinate directly with the teams to supply partners with hyper-targeted, high-converting creative assets that comply strictly with Razer's brand guidelines.
- Experience: 6-8 years of proven experience directly managing large-scale global affiliate networks, performance partnerships, or creator monetization portfolios. (Experience within consumer electronics, gaming hardware, or tech e-commerce is highly advantageous).
- Team Management: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience directly managing, mentoring, and developing a small team of specialists. Proven ability to foster a collaborative culture, set clear KPIs, and drive accountability within a lean, agile team structure.
- Technical Toolset: Power-user fluency with top-tier enterprise affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten LinkShare, or CJ) alongside advanced tracking, attribution, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- The Gaming Edge: A deep, authentic understanding of the global gaming landscape, streamer ecosystem (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok), and what motivates a gamer to buy.
- Negotiation Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of negotiating favorable, mutually beneficial financial terms with major global content networks and talent agencies.
- Analytical Mindset: Highly comfortable handling complex data sets to distill granular metrics into strategic, high-level business recommendations.
