About The Team
 
We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Manager to lead and coordinate global admin initiatives, with a strong focus on global travel management, cross-regional admin projects, and company-level business project coordination. This role will act as a key regional and global coordinator, aligning resources, processes, and stakeholders across regions, while also serving as a local administrative support lead for the Singapore office.
What You'll Be Doing

Global Travel Management

  • Lead and oversee global travel management frameworks, including policy alignment, vendor coordination, cost optimization, system improvement, and compliance across regions, especially the APAC
  • Partner with local travel teams to continuously improve travel processes, user experience, and cost efficiency
  • Analyze travel data and trends to provide insights, reporting, and recommendations to management

Global Administrative Internal Projects and Company-Level Business Project / Offsite Coordination

  • Lead and drive global and regional administrative projects, ensuring alignment across regions and timely execution
  • Coordinate with global and regional admin teams to standardize processes, share best practices, and improve operational efficiency
  • Support global company-level business projects or offsites by coordinating administrative resources across regions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and business teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution

Operation Data & Reporting

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and analysis related to travel, administrative costs, and project performance
  • Use data to support decision-making, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement

Local Support

  • Serve as a local administrative resource for the Singapore office, supporting office operations, local initiatives, and ad-hoc administrative needs
  • Act as a bridge between local teams and regional/global team
What We Look For In You
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a regional or global administrative role
  • Proven experience in global travel management and cross-regional coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to lead global or regional projects with multiple stakeholders
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong global mindset with understanding of cross-cultural and cross-regional operations
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with attention to detail
Language
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
