About You

As Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for the monthly financial accounting closing for Singapore entities – Otis, Sigma, 9G and OIAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, organize and process month end closing

  • Manage month end and year end reporting

  • Prepare Statutory Financial Reporting and Stat to GAAP

  • Identify and recommend any possible process improvement to streamline the finance operations

  • Manage annual physical stock count

  • Review accounts reconciliation of Balance Sheet items

  • Handle corporate tax matters/ deferred tax experience and transfer pricing

  • Responsible for quarterly GST submission

  • Coordinate with external auditors on statutory accounts

  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders on relevant financial matters

  • Any adhoc activities as required

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA

  • Min. 4 years of similar working experience in full set financial accounting and general ledger. MNC background will be advantageous.

  • Good hand-on HFM & JDE system knowledge

  • Effective communication skills across all levels with excellent stakeholders management skills

  • Results driven with exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage many simultaneous work tasks and responsibilities

  • A team player, service-oriented, enjoys working in dynamic multicultural business environment
