We’re Hiring a Senior Account Manager (APAC) to join our growing team in Singapore. This is our first senior account management role within the region, making it a unique opportunity to help shape how we build and grow client relationships in APAC. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Technical leaders to help close high-value deals and get them across the finish line, while also managing and expanding relationships with strategic clients. If you’re bilingual in English and Chinese, passionate about payments, and thrive at the intersection of sales, technical collaboration, and account management, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the establishment of our account management function in APAC as the first senior hire in the region.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Technical leaders to help close complex, high-value deals and ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Manage the entire client relationship lifecycle — from deal support and onboarding through to long-term strategic success.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key APAC accounts, including enterprise and strategic clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, compliance, operations) to remove roadblocks and accelerate deal closure.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers to ensure buy-in and satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance, identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and drive renewals.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and regional events as needed.
  • Provide input into account management strategy and help lay the foundation for a future regional team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) – required.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Singapore.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or partnerships in the payments or fintech industry.
  • Proven ability to support and close enterprise-level deals and navigate complex decision-making processes.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with senior client stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple strategic accounts simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset – comfortable working across time zones with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven with a focus on both closing revenue and driving long-term client success.
