Job Description

Reporting to Account Director , you will create impact within our Client Management team you will help manage client relationships, achieve business growth, and ensure operational excellence. You will be a trusted advisor, aligning Jellyfish's solutions with client our goals while identifying opportunities for innovation and expansion. You will also contribute to internal team development by mentoring junior team members, optimising client management processes, and encouraging a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Note: This is a 4 months Maternity cover contractual position

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • You will be the primary contact for specific areas of work with clients Achieve account growth by identifying opportunities to introduce new products, services, or initiatives
  • You will articulate client business objectives and demonstrate how Jellyfish's work delivers measurable impact
  • Capture all client recaps and share with key stakeholders with next steps
  • Partner with IP/PM to manage internal timelines and ensure timely client deliverables
  • Take ownership of client renewals, ensuring strong relationships and long-term engagement
  • Monitor client health metrics (Profitability, Net Revenue Growth, NPS, and Project Evaluations), action plans where improvement is needed
  • Stay up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, ensuring Jellyfish remains a forward-thinking and innovative partner
  • Liaise confidently with cross-functional teams, including project management, billing, and creative, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in Salesforce to support reliable reporting and decision-making
  • Implementing and manage best-in-class client management practices, ensuring client playbooks, meeting notes, and financial reports are updated
  • Develop well-articulated briefs aligned with client goals and lead our teams to achieve goals
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency, and profitability
  • Provide support to Client Management team members, guiding them in achieving best-in-class client management practices
  • Contribute to team growth by identifying knowledge gaps
  • Promote collaboration, shared success, and an innovative mindset within the team
  • Be a role model within the organisation, demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and commitment to excellence
  • Identify and escalate potential challenges, collaborating with Director/CP to resolve

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in client/account management within a creative, advertising, digital production, or localization in an agency setup.
  • Ability to deliver clear, persuasive, and actionable recommendations to both our teams and clients.
  • You Strategically use of data and platforms (client & Jellyfish) to manage workflows, extract insights, and drive ROI-focused decisions.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a client-centric and proactive mindset , anticipating needs and identifying opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, solutions-oriented approach to challenges and conflicts.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and on-time delivery, producing quality work that exceeds expectations.
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to align agency solutions with client goals and achieve account growth.
  • Proficient in CRM and data management tools (e.g., Salesforce) with a focus on data integrity.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities, fostering junior team development.
  • you will, learn from feedback and mistakes, and seek improvement.
