What does a Senior Account Executive do at Hogarth?

As part of the Client Services Department, you play a central role in the business and is pivotal to the smooth running of your account. You will be required to have a thorough understanding of all areas of the business and will support your line manager across the board. You will require good communication, organisation and time management skills as multi-tasking will be a core part of your role.

Reporting lines and key stakeholders

This role reports to the Account Director / Business Director and you will collaborate with stakeholders across all departments.
Experience and Skills required

  • At least 1-2 years of client-servicing experience in a creative agency. Experience of working on integrated campaigns from brief to execution is a must.
  • Independent and at the same time a team player that is willing to go the distance to complete the task on hand
  • Strong project management skills, good attention to details, organized, ability to multi-task across projects
  • Dedicated, reliable and have the ability to see beyond the obstacles and perform under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Flexibility with working hours - to work late or on weekends/public holidays as and when required
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and have the willingness to learn from seniors and peers
  • Able to read the room and know how to manage clients and their expectations
  • Have sufficient production about digital, film, and print
  • Sound technical understanding of client requirements
  • Develop a deep understanding of the contractual obligations, commercial arrangements and SLAs
  • Understanding of financial compliance procedures and responsibilities – Cost estimates, Purchase Orders, P&L, forecast and budgeting
  • Act as point of contact as project IC for escalation for the client/agency and internal teams, resolving problems quickly and communicating effectively
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Creatives, Project Management, Moving Image team, Studio, Transcreation and any other stakeholders required to complete the projects
