As a sales leader, you will report to the JAPAN Sales Director. You will lead a distributed team of enterprise sellers (Account Executives), who as a team are responsible for the existing enterprise Atlassian customers in Japan. This incredible opportunity will have you lead from the front, modelling best in-class leadership, and taking direct ownership for the market.
Here's an idea of the kinds of things you'll get to do:
  • Building and managing a team of 4-7 sales team
  • Hiring new Atlassians
  • Develop and implement strategy to build the pipeline and generate revenue.
  • Be an expert in selling to C-Suite executives, and operate autonomously at scale.
  • Be a leader who will retain and nurture talent and be an "Exec Sponsor" helping teams navigate complex sales cycles and be a trusted advocate for the customer.
  • Advocate for our customers, promoting their needs and uncovering additional value we can add to their organisation.

You have experience building and implementing sales strategies within an enterprise software company. You have led Strategic/Enterprise sales teams within a hyper-growth companies.
