We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Thai Account Team and play a key role in expanding our presence in Thailand. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an industry-leading SaaS company, develop your sales expertise, and help drive new business in the region.

What you'll do
- Work closely with the Thai Account Team Director to identify and develop new business opportunities in Thailand.
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and introduce them to New Relic’s solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle for small to mid-sized accounts, from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Support enterprise account growth by assisting senior sales team members with key accounts.
- Partner with marketing to execute local campaigns and follow up on inbound leads.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful customer onboarding and adoption.
- Work with partners to explore and develop joint go-to-market opportunities.
This role requires
Must-have:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in SaaS or tech).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with prospecting, cold outreach, and lead generation.
- Proficient in Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Based in Thailand preferably Bangkok with a good knowledge of the local market, industries and partners.
Bonus points if you have
- Basic understanding of SaaS, cloud technology, or IT infrastructure.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce and business communication tools (e.g., Zoom, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience working with partners or in a regional sales role.
