About the role:

We are further adding to our Singapore based team with individuals focused on managing and growing our core business across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will be joining the team at a very exciting time, working with company leaders to drive revenue and lead client relationships.

Vistar Media is looking for an experienced Senior Account Director to drive both regional and local businesses. The candidate, reporting into the Commercial Director SEA, will establish working relationships with agencies, trading desks, and data partners to grow the Vistar brand name in the markets. The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically and work independently whilst also being a team player, helping to maintain the Vistar culture both internally and externally. Relationships with and driving revenue from both agency planning and investments teams and programmatic teams. The role is entrepreneurial and the candidate should be ready for hard work and to get involved in whatever comes their way whilst we grow the team but should be prepared for a fun and rewarding journey without the bureaucracy of a large company.

What you’ll do:
  • Expand our advertiser client portfolio through agency and brand relationships

  • Maintain media kits, presentations, and general marketing material

  • Provide input on product based on client feedback that will help drive revenue

  • Develop prospect hit lists, and leverage existing sales relationships to maximize overall long-term value of client relationships

  • Raise demand-side awareness of Vistar Media as the first and only exchange for DOOH

  • Leverage MSA and trading desk relationships at agency holding companies to grow clientele and build larger partnerships

  • Work closely with Account Management to respond to RFPs from existing and potential clients, manage key clients and partners and ensure proper delivery of campaigns

  • Work closely with the Analytics team to understand client's success metrics and put together comprehensive measurement strategies that resonate with the distinct KPIs of the client/vertical

  • Partner and work closely with key clients from both a strategic and day-to-day perspective, being the main point of contact for all aspects of the client relationship from pre to post-sale

  • Think outside the box / be highly creative

  • Be willing to learn new technologies

What experience we’re looking for:
  • 6+ year’s experience working in a client-facing role for a media, online or technology firm, ideally regionally

  • Be an ambassador for Vistar, helping to make us THE place to work in the Southeast Asia ad-tech industry

  • Must be able to establish good working relationships with managers, employees and clients

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills must be demonstrated

  • Intermediate working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Business proficiency and fluency in Mandarin &/or Bahasa to manage the respective clients would be a plus
