Responsibilities
- Create right and high-quality 2D game assets (characters, environments, UI, props) that set visual benchmarks for the team.
- Drive strong "right design" thinking to improve clarity, usability, and player experience.
- Use AI and relevant tools to speed up production and improve workflow efficiency.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, with strong ownership over asset quality and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure visuals support gameplay and user experience.
- Support team growth through feedback and sharing of best practices when needed.
Requirements
- Strong fundamentals in composition, color, lighting, and shape design for stylised casual games.
- Strong design thinking with ability to create “right design” that improves clarity and player experience.
- Hands-on ability to produce right high-quality assets and set visual benchmarks.
- Proficient in using AI tools to enhance ideation, iteration speed, and production efficiency.
- Deep understanding of casual game market and player preferences.
- Experience in game art production pipelines and asset integration.
