As a Securities Services Sales Analyst/Associate based in Hong Kong, you will support sales and relationship management for our Korean and Asia-based clients. Our team is dedicated to providing top-tier securities services, including global custody, fund services, and more. You will have the opportunity to work with industry experts and leverage cutting-edge technology to drive business success. Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and responding to clients' Requests for Proposals/Information.
  • Assist in planning and organizing client events, workshops, and thought-sharing sessions.
  • Collaborate with partners across client service, product management, operations, technology, risk, credit, and legal to optimize product and service delivery.
  • Handle KYC requests for new account openings and existing account renewals, ensuring compliance and adherence to timelines.
  • Assist in client account planning, segment strategy, and industry analysis.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and regional projects through frequent communication with sales and business managers.
  • Occasionally travel for business purposes.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience as a Junior Relationship Manager or similar role within a financial services organization.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player and independently as a self-starter.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis and research capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; advanced Microsoft Office skills; strong finance, quantitative, and business writing skills.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Korean.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Knowledge of global custody, fund services, and other securities service products and industry.
