Job Description

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of analysts and specialists to achieve revenue management objectives.

  • Oversee the team’s day-to-day operations, from flight management to route performance reviews, ensuring efficiency and alignment with goals.

  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, enabling them to excel in analytics, decision-making, and strategic responsibilities.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team, encouraging the sharing of ideas and continuous learning.

Network Revenue Optimization & Strategy

  • Develop and implement data-driven revenue strategies aimed at maximizing network revenue, load factors, and profitability.

  • Own the end-to-end management of several high-performing routes/markets while ensuring effective demand forecasting and inventory optimization.

  • Strategically focus on tapping into 6th Freedom traffic opportunities, driving incremental revenue through Scoot’s network connectivity and partnerships.

  • Analyze passenger demand trends, booking behavior, and market dynamics to anticipate changes and develop competitive responses.

  • Work closely with Network Planning, Airline Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing to align revenue goals and capitalize on new growth opportunities.

  • Identify and address revenue gaps, making decisive recommendations to capture market share and enhance network utilization.

Systems & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with technology teams to enhance revenue management systems, ensuring the tools are optimized for demand forecasting, pricing, and inventory control.

  • Continuously review system outputs and ensure alignment with revenue objectives, addressing any gaps through process or system enhancements.

  • Work on high-impact, cross-departmental projects to improve operational efficiency, competitiveness, and revenue performance across the network.

  • Act as a key liaison between revenue management and other departments, driving alignment on revenue initiatives and long-term strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, with a strong preference for fields such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related disciplines.

  • At least 8–10 years of experience in Revenue Management, Network Optimization, or related roles, with at least 3–5 years of leadership/managerial experience.

  • Deep expertise in network revenue management, with a proven track record of optimizing 6th Freedom traffic flows and connecting passenger itineraries.

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop a high-performing team.

  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data to make sound, impactful decisions.

  • Commercial acumen with a clear understanding of aviation market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and revenue drivers.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across departments and engaging with partners.

  • Proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving, innovation, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
