Responsibilities
Pricing Development & Strategy
- Assess and segment demand based on market conditions
- Maximize revenue by developing optimal group fare structure on all routes and beyond points originating from assigned point of origin/commencement
- Identify opportunities for groups pricing actions for incremental traffic
- Benchmark and monitor pricing strategy vs competition
- Set group policy, procedures and fares for a given portfolio of markets
- Work closely with revenue analysts, pricing analysts, overseas managers and market contacts to identify revenue opportunities and take early pricing actions
Systems Settings/ Maintenance
- Ensure timely and accurate update of fares and settings in relevant distribution channels
- Drives best practices within the team and ensure processes are cascaded and adhered to
People Management
- Assign work and monitor to ensure quality and completion; seeks developmental opportunities for team
- Regularly provides objective and actionable performance feedback
- Aside from being individually innovative, also able to foster collaboration amongst team members
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills and experience in working with people at all levels
- Able to handle simultaneous projects and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
