Where You’ll Make a Difference
Provide creative direction and olfactive guidance to perfumers to stimulate creativity and deliver winning fragrances.
Drive the fragrance development process, managing projects to meet deadlines and cost parameters.
Establish and execute fragrance strategies that align with customer needs and organizational goals.
Apply sensory evaluation techniques and fragrance protocols to ensure quality and compliance.
Partner with marketing and consumer insights teams to integrate consumer preferences into fragrance strategies.
Leverage market knowledge, consumer insights, and fragrance trends to guide development and innovation.
Analyze current fragrance trends and evaluate competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, presenting fragrance rationale and market analysis.
Ensure compliance with global regulations and standards associated with fragrance development.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
At least 3-6 years of fragrance industry and evaluation experience.
Excellent olfactive expertise (selected candidates may need to complete an olfactory smelling test).
Strong project management skills and ability to deliver in a fast-changing environment.
Solid understanding of functional and technical capabilities, consumer needs, and market trends.
Excellent influencing skills, business acumen, and customer relationship management.
Ability to create compelling communication to drive strategy and motivate teams.
