The Partner Business Manager (Asia) will drive WalkMe’s enterprise growth by building and leading high-impact alliances across Global System Integrators (GSIs), the Big 4, and key regional strategic partners. Based out of Singapore, this strategic role bridges WalkMe, SAP’s regional sales engine, and tier-1 partner executives to drive joint pipeline, partner-sourced revenue, and ecosystem scale.
You will report directly to the APAC Vice President of Alliance & Channels.

What You'll Own

    Key Responsibilities

    Partner Management

  • Build and maintain relationships across regional and global key partners
  • Monitor partner health and performance using WalkMe dashboards, Salesforce reporting, and partner scorecards.
  • Identify high-potential partners and deploy scalable playbooks to accelerate their WalkMe practice development.
  • Partner Enablement & Activation

  • Lead scalable onboarding, curriculum adoption, and WalkMe certification readiness for a wide portfolio of partners.
  • Ensure partners stay up to date on WalkMe product innovations, use cases, best practices, and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with Partner Enablement, Product, and Professional Services teams to ensure partners can independently scope, implement, and optimize WalkMe solutions.
  • Program Execution & Operations

  • Execute WalkMe’s partner program strategy—benefits, requirements, incentives, tiers—while ensuring compliance and operational accuracy.
  • Partner closely with Channel Operations to improve and scale processes, leverage automation, and optimize partner lifecycle tooling (PRM, Salesforce, and internal WalkMe systems).
  • Track program KPIs and identify opportunities to enhance partner experience and program impact.
  • Revenue & Pipeline Acceleration

  • Support scalable co-selling and co-marketing efforts to increase partner-generated and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors, CSMs, and Partner Account Managers to match partners to customer opportunities.
  • Provide partners with repeatable GTM motions—campaign kits, solution plays, and service delivery frameworks—to help them independently generate demand.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Alliances, Sales, Services, Marketing, RevOps, Solution Advisory and Product teams to align partner strategy with WalkMe’s business objectives.
  • Serve as an internal advocate for your partner cohort—surfacing feedback on product, delivery patterns, and program gaps.
  • Coordinate partner communications, newsletters, events, and scalable engagement programs.

What You Need to Succeed

    Key Requirements
  • 8+ years of strategic partner management, enterprise alliances, or channel sales within enterprise SaaS.
  • Experienced in managing and building strategic regional or global key partners
  • Established Network: Active, top-tier contacts and relationships across GSIs (Accenture and Big 4) and regional strategic SAP partners
  • SAP Expertise: Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem, including direct experience working alongside SAP Account Executives and regional alliance teams
  • Executive Presence: Proven track record of negotiating and closing strategic alignment plans with Partner-level and C-suite executives
  • Based in Singapore
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving complex co-sell motions alongside direct sales teams.
  • Success Metrics at WalkMe
  • Partner certification, activation, and delivery readiness
  • Growth in partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across Asia
  • Volume of active SAP co-sell deals closed
  • Depth of executive engagement and certified delivery capacity across target GSI partners

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, and benefits as part of our competitive total rewards package.
