Position: SAP Senior Consultant- IBP

Location: Singapore (Citizen or PR only)

Module: IBP

The SAP IBP Consultant will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions, with a primary focus on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Demand Planning.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead business process workshops and gather requirements related to demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, and S&OP processes.

  • Design and configure SAP IBP solutions, particularly IBP for Demand and IBP for S&OP.

  • Advise customers on industry best practices and drive Fit-to-Standard adoption where applicable.

  • Facilitate the integration of SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and other relevant systems.

  • Develop planning models, key figures, planning areas, attributes, forecasting models, and analytics dashboards.

  • Support data migration, testing, user training, cutover, and go-live activities.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Provide functional expertise during solution design, issue resolution, and hypercare support.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous enhancement initiatives.

  • Prepare project documentation, functional specifications, and solution design documents.

  • Act as the functional lead for the SAP IBP workstream.

  • Mentor junior consultants and provide quality assurance for project deliverables.

Required skills and experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP IBP Demand Planning and S&OP.

  • Experience delivering at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP IBP implementations.

  • Good understanding of supply chain planning processes, forecasting, demand management, and executive S&OP.

  • Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA.

  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional Asian language skills are an advantage.
