Introduction:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP IT Supply Chain Manager to lead enterprise-scale SAP supply chain and logistics solutions. This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring a proactive, decisive individual who can lead design discussions, challenge assumptions, and be highly vocal and influential in cross-functional forums. The role includes direct people management responsibilities across global teams and ownership of end-to-end SAP transformation initiatives. Experience in semiconductor or high-tech industries is strongly preferred.

Your Job:

  • Proactively lead and own solution design discussions, driving clarity, alignment, and timely decision-making

  • Act as a strong, vocal contributor in meetings, design reviews, and executive forums—clearly articulating recommendations, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs

  • Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Supply Chain solutions across SAP Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), EWM, and PP

  • Drive end-to-end warehouse and logistics transformations in Inbound logistics and receiving, Warehouse execution and optimization and Outbound logistics and shipping

  • Provide functional and architectural leadership for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) in complex, high-volume environments

  • Knowledge of SAP Transportation Management (TM) is preferred but not required

  • Manage and develop a global team of direct reports across multiple time zones and geographies, fostering accountability and delivery excellence

  • Anticipate business needs and proactively shape future-state processes and SAP roadmap

  • Lead end-to-end delivery including design, build, testing, deployment, and post–go-live stabilization

  • Manage system integrators and external vendors, holding them accountable for quality and outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security, and best practices

  • Challenges the status quo and is comfortable questioning existing designs, processes, and assumptions

  • Acts proactively rather than reactively, anticipating issues and addressing them early

  • Mentor and coach team members, building strong global SAP supply chain capability

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on SAP experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics with at least a Bachelors degree in Engineering

  • Strong expertise in SAP MM, SAP WM and/or SAP EWM

  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, end-to-end SAP transformations

  • Deep understanding of Warehouse operations, Inbound logistics and receiving, Outbound shipping and logistics execution

  • Experience managing global teams across time zones and geographies

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders
