Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICA Consultant to support and enhance our financial systems within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. While this role is remote, candidates must be open to traveling to Singapore for the first 3 to 4 weeks for onboarding and collaboration with key stakeholders.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills and business acumen, as you will be expected to translate technical solutions into clear, non-technical explanations for business users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide SAP FICA solutions in a way that is easy to comprehend.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical users, ensuring clear communication of system capabilities and limitations.
- Configure and optimize SAP FICA solutions to meet business needs.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Support end-users, troubleshoot issues, and guide teams in adopting best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SAP FICA Consultant, preferably in a fast-moving industry.
- Ability to explain SAP concepts to non-SAP users in a simple and relatable manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use common sense in approaching business challenges.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations.
- Willingness to travel to Singapore for the first 3 to 4 weeks of the assignment.
