Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead a large‑scale enterprise implementation involving SAP and multiple non‑SAP platforms. The role is Singapore‑based, employed via agency / contractor model under Employment Pass, and will lead the Australia rollout followed by additional regional implementations for the same client.
This role requires strong experience managing SAP implementations integrated with non‑SAP products such as ServiceNow, MuleSoft, testing automation tools, and enterprise platforms in a complex, multi‑stream environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of SAP and non‑SAP implementation projects.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Drive delivery across multiple workstreams including:
    • SAP functional (Lead‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Record‑to‑Report, PS)
    • Technical (SAP Development, Integration, Basis, Security)
    • Non‑SAP platforms (ServiceNow, MuleSoft, SNOW, Testing tools)
    • Data Migration and Testing (manual and automation)
Stakeholder & Governance Management
  • Act as primary interface with client leadership and steering committee.
  • Prepare and present project status, risks, and milestones.
  • Ensure strong governance, escalation, and decision‑making.
Integration & Multi‑Vendor Coordination
  • Manage dependencies between SAP and non‑SAP systems.
  • Coordinate across internal teams, client teams, and third‑party vendors.
  • Ensure seamless integration, testing, cutover, and go‑live.
Rollout & Regional Expansion
  • Successfully deliver the Australia implementation including go‑live and hypercare.
  • Support subsequent regional rollouts using a template‑based approach.
  • Drive reuse of best practices, assets, and lessons learned.
 
Requirements
  • 12+ years of overall IT project management experience.
  • 8+ years managing SAP implementation projects (S/4HANA preferred).
  • Proven experience managing SAP and non‑SAP systems together in a single program.
  • Strong experience with large, complex, multi‑stream implementations.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow, MuleSoft, testing tools, or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing onshore and offshore delivery teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Willingness to support Australia rollout and future regional deployments.
  • Prior project delivery experience in Australia is preferred.
  • Experience in global or multi‑country rollouts is preferred.
  • SAP Activate / PMP / PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
  • Background in consulting or system integrator environments is preferred.
