· Have managed large transformational Mainframe platform migration / re-hosting projects
· Understanding of Mainframe application related to infra needs
· Knowledge and understanding of UX / Linux
· Should have hands-on experience in projects
· Strong project management skills. PMP certification is an added advantage
· Have run a large complex project of at least 5m++
· Ability in managing and handling 3P vendors providing application porting services and workload solutions services.
· Experience in contract administrations
· Ability in managing cross-country / regional / virtualization resources in projects
· Managing at CxO level customer

Job Description
· Min 5 years of experience in SAP CRM in support and implementation projects with in depth knowledge of OO ABAP, CRM WebUI and One Order Framework
· Well versed with SAP CRM UI, CRM - BOL and GENIL architecture , BSP, OO programming
· Experience in CRM WebUI
· Experience in CRM Sales, primarily in One Order Framework
· Experience in CRM Middleware
· Experience in CRM BP and Product Master
· Experience in Basic ABAP – Oops, BADI's, Enhancement implementations, BDocs
· Excellent debugging skills
· Experience in different CRM processes like Design registration, quotation, contract, order, pricing
· Expertise in CRM Basic customizing and configurations as well as in WEB UI configurations
· Experience in Middle ware monitoring of queues, customizing download and handling middleware issues
· Experience managing crisis situations and resolving complex tickets
· Experience in solution designing for complex business requirements as well as implementing same
· Experience in coordinating with onsite business users and offshore team to ensure quality delivery of incident resolution, change request and projects
· Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements/new functionality and perform application research.
· Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
· Good Analytical, communication and presentation skills
