SAP BRIM Senior Consultant – Convergent Invoicing

Job Description:

• To oversee the functional design, configuration, and optimization of Convergent Invoicing processes within complex SAP BRIM implementation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless billing and invoicing operations, aligning with organizational goals and best practices.
• Analyse business requirements and align them with SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing capabilities. Identify gaps and propose enhancements or workarounds to address business needs, while optimizing invoicing processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to integrate Convergent Invoicing with other SAP BRIM components, such as Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), and FI-CA.
• To Identify opportunities to enhance existing Convergent Invoicing processes for better performance and usability.
• Stay updated on SAP BRIM advancements and incorporate relevant updates into existing systems.
• To oversee data flows and ensure consistency across upstream and downstream systems.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation of Convergent Invoicing, including system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Work closely with business users, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide guidance on best practices for billing and invoicing processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

Skill Set and Experience:

• A minimum of 05 years of experience in multiple SAP implementation and support projects is required.
• Experience in design, implementation, and overseeing end-to-end solutions for complex billing, subscription, and revenue management processes using the SAP BRIM suite.
• Exposure to highly customized and complex billing solutions.
• Hands on experience in designing and configuring BRIM CI processes including integration aspects with other SAP BRIM solution.
• Possess in depth knowledge in the Implementation of BRIM Convergent Invoicing processes for cross industry  
• Must have exposure to end-to-end solution of SAP BRIM CI covering - integrate sender components, perform and configure the inbound processing, configure and use Contract Management, perform a price allocation, process contract changes (prospective and retrospective), perform fulfilment and create invoices, integration with Cost Object Controlling, process revenue postings, reconciliation and consistency checks.
• Solid experience in handling Billing EVENTS for customization of billing process based on the specific business rules and requirements

• Exposure to Health Care Sector (added advantage)

Certifications :

• SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management - Subscription Order Management.
• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management.
