At Expedite Commerce, we’re looking for someone who’s analytical, inventive, and quality-obsessed. Whether you’re a seasoned QA engineer or an automation wizard just stepping up, if you’re committed to using technology for smarter quality assurance—we want to hear from you.
- 3–5 years of QA experience on Salesforce.com projects. Strong experience and understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Flow, Apex, LWC, and API. Billing, CPQ, and eCommerce domain knowledge preferred.
- 2–4 years working with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or WebdriverIO
- Deep understanding of white box, black box, and regression testing
- Strong grasp of test planning and execution best practices
- Proficient with tools like Jira, qTest, or Zephyr for incident management
- Passion for leveraging AI to enhance testing accuracy and speed
- Experience designing test cases using intelligent tools like Cusory AI
- Ability to continuously evaluate and adopt the latest in QA tech stack
- Knowledge of Salesforce Apex, LWC, and JavaScript preferred
- Experience in manual testing for UI/UX validation and design standard checks
- Bonus: Familiarity with SQL and data reporting tools
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and articulating technical needs to non-technical stakeholders
- Meaningful Ownership: Own QA processes on key customer projects, ensuring quality and innovation across our Lead-to-Cash platform.
- Expert Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership on impactful enterprise solutions.
