Job Summary:

We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to join our team. As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on Salesforce development projects and work with experienced Salesforce professionals. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform for EBC.

Key Responsibilities:

•                    Administer and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements.

•                    Customize and Optimize Salesforce features to enhance user experience and efficiency.

•                    Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other systems.

•                    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.

•                    Analyze and document functional and technical specifications for Salesforce enhancements.

•                    Develop and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap.

•                    Define and execute the strategic vision for Salesforce to align with organization goals.

•                    Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT teams to ensure Salesforce meets departmental needs.

•                    Collaborate with developers and administrators to implement solutions.

•                    Provide training to users on Salesforce features and best practices.

•                    Act as a point of contact for user support, addressing issues and ensuring optimal system usage.

•                    Manage Salesforce releases, ensuring smooth deployment and communication.

•                    Stay informed about Salesforce updates and assess their impact on the Organization.

•                    Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce.

•                    Implement and enforce security policies and access controls.

•                    Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into Salesforce data.

•                    Leverage Salesforce Analytics for data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce project management experience.

·       Strong understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals, including lightning flow, process builder, and validation rules.

·       Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

·       Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.

·       Experience with Salesforce integrations and API development.

·       Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

·       Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

·       Salesforce/Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications are a plus but not required.
