What You'll Do:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce/Service Cloud customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations.
  • Develop intuitive UI using Standard Layouts, Visualforce, and Lightning technologies.
  • Deliver thoroughly tested and bug-free solutions and provide on-call support to resolve application issues.
  • Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
  • Collaborate inter-departmentally to identify and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Create testing and implementation plans, including user training and documentation.
  • Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices and refactor existing processes to meet those practices.


What You Will Need:

  • End-to-end implementation and development experience with the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms. Required 3 Years.
  • End-to-End implementation experience in developing Custom Applications using Salesforce Lightning Platform Components. Required 3 Years.
  • Process Automation, Apex, Apex Triggers, Visual Force, and Lightning Components- Aura & Lightning Web Components. Required 3 Years.
  • Experience developing Inbound/ Outbound Applications and Data Integrations with the Salesforce Platform. Required 3 Years.
  • Salesforce Data Management, Data Backup/Restore, and Data Archival concepts. Required 3 Years
  • Salesforce Sharing and Visibility concepts experience. Required 3 Years.
  • Salesforce DX Deployment Architecture (Package Deployment). Required 3 Years.
  • Experience in security concepts such as Single-Sign-on, OAuth2, and data security. Required 3 Years.
  • Experience in Salesforce Communities/Experience Cloud (Community/Experience Builder)
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies Agile and SCRUM. Required 3 Years.
  • Salesforce System developer certification. A major advantage.
  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics / Microsoft BI). Highly desired.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering results across a large organization.
  • Strong quantitative and analytics skills.
  • Must know when to code but also when not to code.
  • Familiar with IT standard concepts, practices, and procedures. ITIL training and exposure and HDI certification(s) are major advantages.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and the ability to influence beyond reporting structure.
  • Experience with integrating middleware systems via an ETL platform is a plus, i.e., Data loader, Boomi, MuleSoft.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated business environment.
  • Experience in designing & working with complex data models.
  • Time/task management and organization skills to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills combined with the ability to interface effectively and establish quick credibility with enterprise business leaders.
  • Work well in a virtual team environment with strong collaboration skills.
  • Works well independently, in a virtual environment, and as part of a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
  • Technical self-starter and self-directed.
  • Enthusiasm for team-oriented project work.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
