Architect, design, develop and deploy Salesforce solutions using Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, ensuring high-quality and secure implementations while collaborating with stakeholders and managing project deliverables.
As a Senior Low-Code Engineer (Salesforce), you will architect, design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions leveraging Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud. You will work within a cross-functional agile team to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce implementations. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to define user stories, implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud Growth Edition, and ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, security, and governance.
RequirementsSalesforce Configuration & Development
- Configure and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Growth Edition) and Data Cloud features:
- Data Cloud: Manage unified customer data, including ingestion, transformation, segmentation, activation workflows, data models, calculated insights, and identity resolution.
- Marketing Cloud: Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns, customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Configure interactive dashboards and drag-and-drop reports (real-time and historical) to track campaign and engagement metrics, with role-based access and export capabilities.
- Salesforce Shield: Implement data encryption, monitoring, and compliance features.
- Lead functional sessions with business users to gather requirements and drive solution design.
- Translate complex business needs into agile deliverables — including user stories, acceptance criteria, configurations, and business rules.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to deliver incremental business value.
- Design and execute comprehensive testing (functional, integration, and UAT) within sprint cycles.
- Leverage automated testing tools and practices to ensure reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce technical issues, system integrations, and data quality challenges.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement secure, scalable, and performant solutions.
- Perform ongoing Salesforce administration including user management, access control, platform monitoring, and security configuration.
- Develop and maintain solution documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions for users and internal teams.
